Wedding Service

Our long on-site experience has helped us to specialize in arranging a complete range of wedding services, including all the details, from the most intimate of ceremonies for an eloping couple in Positano, to the largest and most sophisticated of ceremonies, involving extended family and friends, in a famous church in Rome… and all sizes and locations in between.

Why become caught up in the web of never-ending bureaucratic and organizational details? We can personally handle all arrangements for you directly in Italy… we provide you with a simplified step-by-step procedure for obtaining all the necessary documentation to satisfy both the Italian and American government laws, and advise you on arrangements of the actual ceremony (civil or religious) with interpreter, as well as accommodations for the wedding party, reception, flowers, photographer, transportation needs, in addition to perfect honeymoon locations.

Our basic wedding services include reservation, confirmation, coordination, and arrangement of payments (based upon pre-approved cost estimates) for the following items:

• The chosen wedding comune (civil ceremony in town hall, Roman Catholic ceremony in a church, or an Anglo Saxon church in Rome, Venice, or Florence)
• Guidance and assistance with the required paperwork
• Translator (if necessary)
• Witnesses (if you do not have your own)
• Flowers
• Photographer
• Choice and reservation of accommodations for the evening of the ceremony (bride and groom only)
• Choice and reservation of restaurant for wedding lunch or dinner (menu planning separate)
• On-site presence of Hidden Treasures representative the day before the ceremony.

In addition to these basic services, any other related wedding services or goods (music, villa rental, menu planning, special floral arrangements for reception, place cards, “bomboniere” gifts, additional accommodations for guests, more lengthy on-site support, etc.) can also be arranged by Hidden Treasures.
