Villa Radiosa is a beautiful property built around 1950, and it represents a typical example of the architecture of that period, outside and inside.

Location is the Golfo del Tigullio in Santa Margherita, only about three miles from Portofino....via ferry, or bus, but also just walking on a wonderful panoramic path.

The village of Santa Margherita, with its beach and the fashionable shops, is at easy reach by foot. Genoa is only 30 minutes away by train, and famous the Cinque Terre at only one hour.

A large living room opens onto the beautiful garden, where a large terrace is completely furnished for eating "al fresco". A sunny living room, three double rooms, two single rooms, three bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen.
